This wine is produced with the grapes of the ancient vines named Bellone in the area, by this time limited and very suitable, of the seaside backcountry of Nettuno and Anzio. After an accurate selection of grapes, Bellone wine is produced with the most modern techniques in order to obtain and enhance the typical characteristics of this autochthonous vine. The fermentation of the clean must at low temperature and the soft pressing of the grapes allow to get a straw-yellow colored wine with greenish reflections and a fresh, fruity, mineral flavors. Bellone has a well-balanced taste, a good refinement and a long lasting bouquet.
It pairs well with starters and typical local first courses with fish and vegetables. Serve at 8°C – 10°C.
