The winery rises on the hill by the same name at 200 metres above sea level, in an area south of Rome that has always been suited for making Frascati wine. Abounding with volcanic residues in the heart of the Frascati doc district, these lands are where the winery makes its home. The vineyards alternate with olive groves and fields, constituting a good model of biodiversity. The soil is volcanic in origin, and the most widespread variety is Malvasia di Candia. Attention to the territory and commitment to its sustainability take concrete form in the production of wines typical of the area. Our quest for quality starts from controlling the entire supply chain, and combines respect for tradition with technology. With our oenologist, we check all the steps in production, from the harvest to vinification of still white wines, of reds processed by the traditional method, and of white and rosé sparkling wines made using the Charmat method. The winery is equipped with modern plant for grape processing and for storing and bottling our wines. To believe in work, in our farm’s potential, in the product we aim to offer to the consumer: this is our philosophy and our daily commitment, our strength, that has allowed us to grow and improve over the years.
