The company has a family tradition that began in the Marche region and then continued in the Frascati area when in 1982 Piero Costantini bought the vineyards of Bishop Pallotta in Monte Porzio Catone with the intent of producing a wine of high prestige.
To date, the company is owned by Lorenzo Costantini, a renowned winemaker who is passionate about Lazio wines. Lorenzo believes in Frascati and its enormous potential, he believes that the land of the Castelli Romani, makes the wines produced in this area unique and that the climate favors the perfect ripening of the grapes; the pedoclimatic suitability finds its highest expression in the cultivation of the native variety par excellence: Malvasia Puntinata (or Lazio).ù
The aim is to produce a Frascati with 80% of Malvasia del Lazio to give life to a unique and typical wine of the territory.
Furthermore, the Villa Simone company is committed to respecting the environment, minimizing water, energy and pesticides consumption thanks to the use of advanced equipment and technologies.
